Fellows' College Aims

Our main aims and ambitions:

• Provide guidance with fellowship applications and provide support to Research PIs in early/mid-career stages;

• Have a voice at the Faculty and University Executive level with representation at key committees to increase visibility and influence across the faculty, as well as to advocate for change when needed. We have now representation on the FoHFRIC, FoHECRC, FoHRSA, and FoH1U. Moreover, the FDRI has agreed to have regular "Town Hall" style meetings with Faculty Fellows;

• Organise regular cohort meet-ups, within the FoH and across Faculties to (1) incentivise peer-to-peer support, networking, collaborations; (2) identify further needs and concerns; (3) run specific training courses if such are identified as needed. We will maintain close contact with Think Ahead and other relevant initiatives to do so.
